Community services

Through its Recreational Service, the Town of Shippagan helps create a better quality of life for all residents of the municipality. The Recreational Service coordinates and supports volunteer community organizations endeavouring to build a better future for everyone.

The Recreational Service also oversees the organization of specific activities and events during the year, and ensures continuity in sports, cultural and other organizations.
