Kitesurfing

Kitesurfing, or kiteboarding, is the fastest growing wind sport on the planet. The Shippagan and Acadian islands region is full of places to practice this sport. Two of them were developed by Windsurf Kiteboard Shippagan les îles acadiennes, which is a regional association working to promote and develop this sport in the area.

Windsurfing is the forerunner to kitesurfing, and is still very popular today. The region offers ideal locations to enjoy this sport to the fullest.

Sea kayaking

Get in your kayak and traverse the numerous bays and estuaries as you discover the many species of birds that pass through the region along an important migration corridor.

Club Wind & Kite

The Club Wind & Kite enables visitors to be initiated into the wind sports, i.e., windsurfing and kitesurfing. If there isn’t enough wind, you can learn wakeboarding or sea kayaking. Boat tours
