Chamber of Commerce
Founded on June 29, 1945, the Shippagan Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization whose mission is to: contribute to the Town’s community, economic and social development so as to promote its commercial, industrial, agricultural and civic well-being. The prosperity of the business community and the growth of the region’s businesses are very important to us, and the Chamber believes in bringing business people together.
With its business network of 140 members, the Shippagan Chamber of Commerce helps its members and business people from the region take advantage of numerous networking and information activities. As a member of the Shippagan Chamber of Commerce, you are automatically a member of the Chambers of Commerce of Canada and the Atlantic provinces, and you can benefit from a group insurance plan at a reduced rate.
The Shippagan Chamber of Commerce encourages residents to shop locally in order to stimulate our region’s economy. Shippagan: Acting together, our pride!
